6The Famous Accent
It doesn’t matter how long they have been staying outside India, once they return it is always with an accent. They Say :
“Hey” instead of “Hi”.
“Yogurt” instead says “Curds”.
“Cab” instead of “Taxi”.
“Candy” instead of “Chocolate”.
“Cookie” instead of “Biscuit”.
“Free Way” instead of “Highway”.
“got to go” instead of “Have to go”.
